Phase-Shifted Full Bridge DC–DC Converter for Photovoltaic MVDC Power Collection Networks

چکیده
The connection of photovoltaic sources to a medium voltage dc collection network requires dc-dc converter having specific grid-connected capabilities. This article presents the application phase-shifted full bridge (PSFB) for networks suited power plants. unidirectional structure is beneficial in terms cost and simplicity hardware implementation MV circuit components. design PSFB presented considering ratings 250 kW power, 1.2 kV input, 20 output. A model novel input control regulating dc-link are developed verified. tuning method given taking into account effect different transformer leakage inductance values. behaviour under PV production profile faults studied simulation verified against reduced-scale prototype with 30 350 V / 600 operating at kHz. experimental verification performed real profile. results show same response as simulations. fault observed be superior compared other dc–dc topologies capacitive output filter only, making it suitable operation.
